Job Description:

The Lincoln Sands Oceanfront Resort in Lincoln City is seeking an awesome addition to our Team. We currently have 32-40 hours/week, Tuesday thru Saturday we are looking to fill, but would like flexibility to help with other shifts if there is a need.

Houseperson Job Responsibilities Include:

--- Correct minor room deficiencies, items such as replace light bulbs, tighten knobs, unclog toilets, change remote batteries, etc.
--- Maintain security for guests and property by doing regular property walks, ensuring that room doors are locked at all times and reporting suspicious activity.
--- Assisting in the laundry department as requested.
--- Giving great customer service!
