Growing general contractor is looking for their next Project Manager within commercial large-scale construction and renovations. This is a great company to work with that has excellent benefits and growth opportunities in the local Corvallis, OR area .

Qualifications :

OSHA 30 Certification
New Construction / large scale projects
5+ years experience in commercial construction as acting Project Manager
Ability to track subcontractors' progress on the job, maintain the project schedule and coordinate with various agencies for reporting and compliance with project documents and specification
Responsible for quality control and safety of project
Monitor cost control and job costing, quantity reporting, forecasting and productivity
Large project experience a plus
Computer skills and a familiarity with Microsoft office suite programs
Knowledge of accounting and cost control procedures
K-12, Multifamily, healthcare, wood frame experience is perfect!
