install, and repair pipes, fittings, gas systems and fixtures of
heating, water, and drainage systems, such as sinks, commodes,
water heaters, hot water tanks, garbage disposal units,
dishwashers, and water according to specifications and Oregon
plumbing codes. Perform sprinkler inspections, Candidate should
have the ability to accurately discern, document, and repair
deficiencies found during inspection and maintenance. Job Duties
Follow and maintain backflow inspection schedule and perform
necessary repairs including replacements. Basic computer knowledge
with the ability to complete workorders, inspection reports,
storing files, 3 party reporting. Demonstrate the ability to work
with other vendors. Ability to follow verbal and written
instructions. Ability to work independently or in a team
environment. Able to participate in an on-call rotation schedule.
Demonstrate a high level of customer service. Ability to adhere to,
implement, and always follow safety guidelines and procedures.
Strong organizational skills, positive attitude, and ability to
learn quickly. Carry out regular maintenance of plumbing systems at
HP site. Inspect previously installed plumbing systems at HP site.
Perform any necessary repairs to previously installed systems. Keep
up to date with current safety regulations and requirements for the
various plumbing systems. Communicate well with clients to ensure
client satisfaction.Communicate well with team members and fellow
employees. Keep detailed reports. Provide information regarding
plumbing system upkeep to clients.RequiredOregon plumber license
Preferred Skilled in the use of hand and power tools used in the
plumbing trade.Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and
safety practices.Ability to read and follow blueprints and rough
drawings.Familiarity with PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and
copper.Effective oral communication and interpersonal
skills.Ability to complete projects unsupervised and
unassisted.Excellent problem solving skills.Attention to detail and
ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficiency in
basic mathematics and conversion of measurements. Knowledge of fire
pumps. Backflows testing license . F ire pumps.Service background.
