There current and past contributions as helped us to be in business for over 38 years. **What You Will Be Doing** - The Position is based out of Corvallis Oregon to cover our Soutwest Washingtion and OREGON Industrial Field Division - Out in the field about 75% of his hours and in the office about 25% of the time - Normal Travel will be within a 50 to 150 mile radius but not limited to this distance. - The Safety Manager will implement and update the Safety and Health Program for the company overseeing all aspects as related to OSHA Compliance, Risk Management, Fleet Management and Safety Training. - Conduct training for different things like Safe Start, Forklift, Manlift, 100 % tie-off, Rigging and misc and other topics when needed. - Participates in pre-construction and handoff meetings; conducts comprehensive on-site safety assessments of projects and establish safe work practices. - The incumbent will be primary contact to lead the organization in it's efforts to maintain a Safe work environment and Safe work culture. - The incumbent will be the primary contact facilitating and overseeing best practices as related to accident and incident investigations and near miss reporting. - The incumbent must have relevant experience and extensive knowledge in compiling and maintaining necessary records, logs and other reports pertaining to safety as required by the contractor, client, Federal, State and Local. - The incumbent will implement SOPs for project site evaluations as related to equipment and processes in working areas to ensure compliance with all applicable local, state and federal regulations. - Ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies and standards (including OSHA, EPA, etc.) - Workers Compensation **What You Need for this Position** Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree - Industrial Construction - OSHA - Workers Compensation **What's In It for You** - Competitive Compensation. - Health, Dental, Life Insurance, 401k and PTO.
