Job Description:
TruckPro, LLC, a leading distributor of heavy-duty truck and
trailer parts and services across North America, is seeking a Route
Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. With a rich history
dating back to 1958, TruckPro, LLC provides premium parts and
repair services to the transportation industry. The Route Sales
Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities within
assigned territories, developing new business opportunities, and
maintaining positive relationships with new and existing clients to
drive our strategic sales goals. Develop and execute strategic
route sales plans to enhance territory performance and increase
market share. Lead, train, and mentor a team of route sales
professionals, ensuring that each team member is fully trained on
TruckPro products and sales techniques. Build and maintain strong
relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new
business opportunities. Analyze market trends and competitor
activities to adjust strategies and achieve sales targets.
Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, customer
service, and marketing to ensure optimal client satisfaction and
efficient sales operations. Prepare regular sales forecasts and
reports for management review, highlighting challenges and
successes within the territory. Proven ability to manage and
motivate a sales team. Strong negotiation and
relationship-management skills. Excellent communication and
organizational skills. Ability to analyze sales data and market
trends. Experience with CRM software. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Professional Sales Certification
(e.g., CPSA, Strategic Account Manager Certification) preferred but
not required.
