Job Description:
Global Payments Inc., a leader in payment technology and
software solutions, is seeking a dynamic Partner Sales Executive to
drive sales growth through existing and new partnership channels.
This role is pivotal in developing and nurturing relationships with
partners to increase market share and revenue in the financial
services sector. The ideal candidate will strategically engage with
partners, articulate product value, and drive partner-led solutions
that align with business goals. This position requires a keen
understanding of financial technologies, competitive trends, and
the ability to deliver on growth targets through effective
partnership management. Develop and execute strategic business
plans to achieve targets through partner relationships. Recruit new
partners and negotiate partnership agreements that align with
business strategy and targets. Deliver presentations and
demonstrations to partners and clients to promote products and
solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop
partner-specific initiatives and promotions. Regularly update
senior management on pipeline development, market trends, and
competitive pressures. Work closely with product teams to inform
necessary product customizations and innovations that will meet
partner needs. Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements
and manage conflict resolution. Strong business acumen and
understanding of financial services and payment solutions markets.
Proven ability to negotiate and close deals. Exceptional
communication and presentation skills. Ability to understand and
translate complex technical information. Strong leadership skills
with the ability to drive results through collaboration. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certifications in
Sales Management, Strategic Selling, or Partner Relationship
Management preferred.
