Job Description:
Kaiser Permanente Georgia is seeking a dedicated and skilled
Emergency Department RN to join our integrated healthcare team.
This role demands acute clinical skills and a profound commitment
to providing exceptional patient care in emergency situations. You
will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, ensuring that
high-quality medical services are delivered efficiently. Your
expertise will support our mission to enhance the health and
wellbeing of our members, with seamless integration of care and
coverage. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a
high-urgency emergency room setting. Collaborate with physicians,
specialists, and nursing staff to formulate treatment plans.
Stabilize patients with life-threatening conditions, using advanced
resuscitation techniques and medications. Document patient care
services by charting in patient and department records. Educate
patients and families on discharge instructions and post-emergency
room care. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by
complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Ability to make
quick and accurate assessments of patient conditions under
pressure. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient
in using medical software and patient management systems. Knowledge
of emergency room procedures and protocols. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia. Basic Life
Support (BLS) certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
(ACLS) certification preferred.
